MailHub
A self-hosted hub that pulls every personal inbox home, sorts and scans it, and lets a local model do the triage.

Mail is scattered across providers, each with its own rules and its own idea of spam. MailHub pulls every personal inbox into one local store I control, and Outlook reads from there.
How mail flows
- Fetch — pull every POP3/IMAP account.
- Store and sort — local mailboxes with folder rules, served back over IMAP with TLS.
- Scan — spam, phishing and attachments are checked before anything else sees them.
- Triage — a local model on Dexter, through the AI gateway, classifies and summarizes. No cloud AI touches mail.
Boundaries
- Personal accounts only; work mail is excluded by design.
- Deployed as containers on Proxmox by one run-and-done script.
- App passwords or OAuth per account, never a main password.
